Days like these are surreal...but they also remind me of how blessed we are here in America. God forbid anything like these acts of cowardliness happen here on our own soil, but they are daily occurrences for others around the world. We can't let them scare us. Fear is a hell of a motivating factor. It can cripple us and we can't let that happen.
Please keep the entire world in your prayers and send some positive light out among them. "We" may be America, but WE are all in this together.

Returning to StageIt...

I've been experimenting with different ways of hosting online shows. As many of you know, the G+ Hangouts had it's advantages (streaming live via YouTube was fun) but there were far too many disadvantages. For example, despite using the exact same setup and setting every show, there were always glitches. I'd be lost in a song only to open my eyes to see several, "We can't hear you!" messages. That's disheartening, especially since so much of what the music means to me is our connection. That's unexceptable.
Enter (again) StageIt. I never had these technical issues with StageIt...and again, the most important aspect of these shows is that I can share the music with you all without any issues. They provide a legitimate service and after a few conversations with them directly, I've decided to return to the platform.
So, this Sunday I will be starting a series of shows exclusively on StageIt. The proceeds from these shows will be going directly to recording the new album. The tickets are "pay what you can" and one of the best things you can do to help with the music is share it!

"I am Thankful" Contest Winners Announced!

It was an incredibly difficult decision but after several hours of looking...and looking again...and waiting until the last minute for submissions, I have chosen two people.
